i thought i ordered acai berry but i didn’t lol so how much weight can i lose in a month drinking this?

You can’t rely on any one thing to make you lose weight. Losing weight requires to you eat less calories than you burn daily. Extra lean green tea may help you burn a few more calories daily, but cutting some calories and exercising will do far more to help with weight loss.

Trust me, I love tea, both regular and green, and while it is great for me, it doesn’t make me lose weight (not that I’m trying to, but as much as I drink, if it were true, I’d be a beam pole)

what are the consequences?

Yes! I ordered a free trial of the Ultra Green Tea Lean last month at http://myultragreentea.com and it has been fantastic! Definitely not bad for you at all, since normal green tea is SUPER healthy!

Is the Green tea Frappacino called a Tazo Green tea frap? I know that green tea powder (matcha) is used to make this drink, but Tazo does not sell (per the website) this green tea powder. Why is it called a Tazo Green tea frap when the green tea isn't even Tazo. Or is it? Thanks

Yes, the matcha powder that we use to make the green tea frappuccino does come from the tazo tea company. i guess they are only promoting this powder for starbucks drinks. there are some other products that they sell to starbucks that are unavailable to customers for buying directly from them.

soft drinks like Sobe, regular Welch's fruit drinks, Lipton's green tea…
If you don't refridgerate it after 24 hrs, does bacteria start growing in it? is it still drinkable?

bacteria starts growing in EVERYTHING once it's opened. the refrigeration just slows it down. considering that things like coke are really really acidic, it's a poor environment for bacteria to grow, especially dangerous types. it's probably ok after 24 hours, but i wouldn't go much longer than that. there's a ton of preservatives in those beverages anyway.

i so how does it and how much does it cost?

No it does not, although many people believe it does. there is no active ingredient which either causes or helps weight loss.

28.October, 2008

I have been dieting and exercising for sometime now, but my weight loss has been very slow. I bought Mega T Green Tea pills with hoodia. Can anyone tell me if it works?

if your weight loss has slowed down it means you need to increase your exercise… not take pills…

Green Tea Flavored Recipes?

28.October, 2008

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew about any good recipes involving green tea flavoring? I heard of people baking green tea cheesecake soufflès or green tea cookies, so any sort of green tea pastry or dessert would be great.

I bought a small canister of Green Tea Matcha Powder at a Japanese market, and I know it's good stuff because it was pretty expensive, so I just need to know recipes now.

Steamed Green Tea Cake with Black Sesame Seeds
Healthy, and easy-to-make cake

* 1 1/2 cups cake flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 teaspoons powdered green tea
*
* 6 egg yolks
* 1 1/4 cups white sugar
* 2 1/2 tablespoons water
* 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 6 egg whites
*
* 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds, garnish

1. Set a bamboo steamer large enough to contain a 9×9 inch pan over simmering water. Sift together the cake flour, baking powder and green tea powder. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the egg yolks, sugar, water and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until mixture has tripled in volume. Fold in the flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
3. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gently fold whites into the egg yolk mixture. Pour batter into the cake pan.
4. Place cake pan in steamer. Stretch a kitchen towel over the cake pan without touching the surface, then cover with steamer lid. Steam cake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and cut into pieces before serving.

Other than the fact that I burn through a lot of toilet paper, is there any harmful side effects from drinking too much green tea? (Lipton’s, of course, usually with the berries or citrus) I’m talking about one gallon per day. I must admit, I have become quite addicted to the drink, and the only thing prying me from the addiction is becoming my rear’s addiction to the toilet seat. Thanks!

As in Diarreah? Or just regular feces. You may have intestinal problems. But it might be the citrus. Try taking a break from it for awhile, or even a different brand.

No, but my husband does (with citrus). He's diabetic so has to have diet. I can taste the sweetener in diet drinks, but I like the regular Lipton Green Tea.
