what is the best green tea to buy for the most health benefits.WHat common stores carry it?

I was reading the yahoo health article which spoke of the many benefits of green tea. But I also know there are a lot of scams going on about health foods.

Did it mention that you have to drink masses of the stuff to get the benefits? lol You would be better taking a capsule of green tea extract which can be bought in health shops.
