EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) is the most abundant antioxidant found in green. and it helps you to burn more calories.
It's not really needed in regular tea, for now its not mixed in the purchase with regular green tea.
There might just be more teas that have EGCG than you might think.
XS Energy Peach Tea Blast - 90 mg
Fuze White Tea - 60 mg
Glaceau Vtiamin Water - 21 mg
Nestea Enviga peach Sparkling Green Tea - 63 mg
Of course I got this from a comparison chart for mostly Peach Teas so it does not compare all of the regular Green Teas. Even though most companies have not measured and promoted their EGCG levels in their drinks I am sure many of the regular green or white teas will have some. Just double check the nutrition lable.
