Where can you buy Japanese Green tea Sencha?

Organic. Any Asian brands that are afforable?
Alot depend on where you live and the Asian community in the area, if you live in a smaller lesser diverse town, try a health food store, if you are in a larger metropolitain area, the prime place would be a Japanese grocery, you may find some in other Asian store, it would be were they sell or stock the teas, it will be in a long bag, and say Sencha on the label.
When I was a chef and worked in Japan, I would buy one of the first crops of the year and paid big bucks for it, sencha is the primo tea, it is the top branches and no lower, in Japan it's a prized gift, it is best brewed and served in the first 3 minutes after the water hits the leaves, after that the tea gets a bit bitter, I can still remember it and wish I had a cup now.
