I wanted to add Mega T, gren tea pills to my diet and exercise regimine. Have you or anyone you know ever used green tea pills for weight lost and how did it work for?

Green teas have many healthful benefits in our toxic world of today…but why take pills that probably contain unneeded fillers when your bod would be much more satisfied all around by making a cup fresh??? It's really an enjoyable beverage, hot or cold…great during your work-outs or anytime…esp. before eating, since it will give you a pre-full feeling so you don't tend to over-do at the meal. Just a thought…

i actually just finished a cup like 2 mins ago!! ive been drinking it for about 3 months and i havnt actually felt any different, i have lost weight recently but i dont think its the green tea thats done it. but its very addictive and i think it tastes really nice so i drink it anyway.

A few months back I waz told by some girl that drinking Green Tea (up to maybe 5 cups a day) will help me overcome my plateau, she said that it can help me lose up to 6 lbs in one month on my current diet. So did anybody experience successful weight loss after drinking Green Tea for a while?

I try to exercise twice a day 45 minutes each time. I always drink green 30 minutes before I excerise and I always burn more calories if I drink it than if I don't. So does green tea really aid weight loss? What are its other benefits?

Green tea is full of antioxidants and catechins which promote a healthy immune system and great aging. It's known to boost the metabolism, which means the rate you burn calories. Overall, it's a great drink that'll make you feel great. I don't think it matters whether you drink it before you work out or at any other time during the day.

i am trying to lose weight and i heard green tea was really good for you and will help with that. When i go to the stores, there are SOOO many different green teas- i was wondering if it mattered what i got. I had bout the one called Lindsay Garden Orginal Green Tea 100% natural, there was no ingredients only the green tea leave bag itself. I love Arizona Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng but i am not sure if that will help me lose weight either considering it had calories
