I’ve just purchased Green Tea Extract Capsules ?
11.December, 2008
I’ve taken one so far, now what exactly are they suposed to do?
Will they help me burn fat and lose weight?
I’ve just had a massive lunch and feel all bloated so I had a cup of Green Tea to aid digestion. It may help you lose weight in the short term but I doubt it will. IF you want to lose weight - physical activity and healhty eating or reduce food quantity but eat more reguarly - like every 3 hours. Stick to protein only for snacks. This site is free and may help you to accomplish what you want in tea format to eliminate having to take so many pills. I like teas better. But if you wish to take them all I suggest that you take them all in the morning but the garlic, pearl. I would also rethink the grape seed and look at this site for an alternative. Good luck!!

Is evening primrose oil bad to take while tryint to conceive?
03.December, 2008
I have heard that taking evening primrose oil is bad to use while trying to conceive. IS this true??
These are the pills that I am taking
B6 vitamins
Prenatal vitamins
Green tea capsules
I am also using mucinex to help make the cervical fluid more abundant I am taking that twice a week because one is enough for a short period of time so I don't have to take that everyday. Also I have preseed but have not used that yet because the mucinex is working wonderfully. I am also using the instead cups.
Out of everything that I stated how does it sound that I am doing in means of trying to go the safest route in trying to conceive.
don't take green tea that is not good for you and baby if you get pregnant, it can cause miscarries … but everything else is fine…baby dust luck for you…

How can i lose weight fast?
01.December, 2008
right now i am 5'11 and weigh about 173 lbs…i want to slim down to about 165 in a month or so….can anyone give me some suggestions as to what i can be doing…im trying to eat about 1000 calories a day…and i take green tea capsules twice a day…also i do cardio almost everysingle day burning about 500-600 calories….ive been doing this already for a month but i can't seem to lose any weight..any reasons why??
This sounds like a perfectly good diet plan to me i'm suprised you haven't lost any weight
make sure you are actually eating 1000 calories a day because dairy products can have more calories in that you think, and if you are snacking inbetween meals try to cut this out.
Drink plenty of water and you could try increase your cardio!thats all i can suggest really

Is it really the coffee that people love or is it the caffeine?
29.November, 2008
I have often wondered about this. Personally, I don’t like coffee or even the smell. So when I hear people say they “love” coffee, it makes me wonder. How do they know they aren’t simply associating the caffeine “high” with the coffee itself. There are OTHER ways to get caffeine, not just coffee, but people seem to think coffee is the only or best way (I prefer green tea capsules). I believe a lot of people associate one thing with another and don't really understand about association.
If it was just the caffeine, I'd drink Mountain Dew (which has far more caffeine than coffee), it is the whole flavor/taste nexus

Green tea extract & CLA?
27.November, 2008
I have Green Tea Extract (200 mg capsules) &
CLA (1000 mg softgel capsules) that I want to use for weightloss but I am not sure how to take them. With every meal? and one or two? Thanks!
That depends on how much weight you want to lose and how quickly. Also, what kind of meals do you eat and what else do you eat. Too many companies out there are dumping their products like this with no instruction or followup.
An Herbalife distributor would be coaching you thru this. Go to http://herballife4u.com for natural herbal weight loss.

If anyone has tried green tea pills and liked them, please don't hesitate to recommend me some.
i'm actually on them right now…they work for the first week, and after that, not so much! they DO stop the hunger and get me motivated to work out, but the last couple of days they haven't really worked so well, and i DO get hungry…one think i certainly WOULD NOT advise, it taking them after about 1 in the afternoon…i took one about 3 o'clock one afternoon and i was up half the night, because green tea has so much stuff in it to keep you awake!
