I dunno, but my mum always say green tea/ chinese tea is good for you. It helps you clean your digestive system and therefore it should be able to keep you nice and healthy and possibly even help you loose weight. I reckon you should try it, there's no harm done and like people say it's always good to try new things! :D

Yeah, get the free order from http://myultragreentea.com like I did and try it out. It’s a mix that you mix with water and then drink a couple times a day! I have combined that with a bit of exercise and a reasonably healthy diet and it’s worked great for me!

I just bought a really beautiful dress and I want to fit into it by christmas. I weigh 130lbs and I am 5′7, I want to lose about 10lbs, I heard of a tea diet that has helped a 150lb womam lose 30 lbs and she has kept it off for 3 years. If I drink and eat nothing but tea and exercise 3 hours daily will I have good results?

I’m going to be a contrarian and say yes, you will lose weight on a peanut butter and green tea diet.

Peanuts are relatively low in carbohydrates and high in fat, and assuming your peanut butter is made without added sugar, so is peanut butter.

Studies show that people who eat only fat do not get fat. The average diet, however, is not ONLY fat but high in carbs AND fat, which will make you fat.A diet high in protein and fat will not make you fat if it’s low in carbs. This is how the Atkins diet works.

If it’s only for 14 days, you can try for yourself and see what happens. Green tea will definitely be useful in the process.

Still, I think 14 days of nothing but peanut butter seems pretty difficult, and once you start spreading it on bread, the weight loss effect is gone.

Im trying to lay off of my diet sodas and substitute them with some diet green tea with ginseng I got at the store. Can this help in weight loss?

Yes, green tea can help in weight loss. It helps with metabolism, reduces fat accumulation and slightly reduces hunger.

Not sure what you mean by diet green tea, though. All green tea is by definition “diet”, since it has no calories. Are you talking about some kind of a sweetened green tea drink? If so, it might not be nearly as effective as actual green tea is, unless it has a high green tea extract content.

i just started a green tea diet. i heard it helps you lose weight and has many benefits. i am drinking 5 to 8 cups of it a day [boiling water and tea bags.] i am eating healthy and on a diet plan. will this help? if so, how does it work?

Be careful of which green teas you use. Some of them contain laxatives, which make you go more often, therefore losing weight by not being able to keep anything inside.

No kidding here–some of these imports are not exactly regulated very well.
