i have horrible skin! please help!?

okay… my skin is so ugly, it was a pizza face and then proactive seems to be the only thing that calms it down, but i still get pretty bad break outs just not as bad as before!
i dont get blackheads, i dont get white head… i get the huge red pimples that start out way under the skin and hurt like hell and last for at least 5 days
and ialways have about 7 or 8 of them on my face at once! once one goes away i get another one immediatly the next day somewhere else on my face. i try not to touch them!
i dont wear any make up whatso ever! i was my pillow cases every 4 days… what is causing this
i always wash my hands! i eat pretty healthy, i use pro active everyday, ive been to a dermatoligist, ive tried using lemons and water, green tea, they wont go away! i feel so ugly! nothing works! when my skin was clear i felt beautiful! now i hate looking in the mirror

bread is carbs = insulin triggers, not great.
drop the BS "alli wieght loss" stuff and burn more cals then you injest.

I have a huge tooth emergency!! HELP??

Ok, i've had my braces taken off about a month ago, and i have noticed that i have little brown stains in between my teeth. I don't drink coffee or smoke. I do drink tea occasionally, but not the very dark one, i usually drink green tea, which is light colored. I tried scraping of the stains with a needle to see if they come off, and they do, so it's not cavity, besides, i brush my teeth twice a day, i floss every day, and use mouth wash also teice a day. Toothpaste is Crest Pro Health and the mouth wash is also Crest pro health. Is there anything i can do to remove them besides going to the dentist? I think i could have scraped them off with a needle but it's not thin enough to go really in between my teeth. Help please
Look I sudy dentistry you need to have your teeth cleaned at the dentist.
and as you you say you can remove it using a needle so you have first class stains and plaque (a film of Bacteria and mucus that commonly forms on teeth).
and the most important is to brush your teeth regularly after having your teeth cleaned or you will have it back.
and dont use a needle again because it reduces the the enamel and I think you know that the enamel can't be formed again after the embryonic phase.

teeth stains?

Im a smoker (in the process of giving up) and im an avid green tea fan. (I drink 9/10 cups a day).
I have noticed more recently that behind the bottom and front teeth are browning.
I use pearl drops and the arm and hammer new pro-enamel paste.
My teeth are really white at the front so maybe im not paying enough attention? I take good care of my teeth as far asim concerened though.
Any ideas for a good stain remover without having to visit a costly dentist?

Good luck to you with quitting smoking…NOT EASY….as far as your staining goes…I highly recommend plain ole baking soda ..just create a paste with water and apply it to your brush…it works great….you might have to do this virourously if your staining is bad….but NOT recommended on a daily basis…baking soda is far too rough to be used every day…it can cause tooth brush abrasion and root surface sensitivity….but its fine to use once a month or so to remove stubborn staining…and it works VERY well….I used it on myself to remove coffee staining..I would avoid any bleach products…I am just not an advocate of them…they make your teeth pourous like etched glass…and create sensitivity….I think they are fine for a wedding or a prom or special occasion…but not for constant long term use…Good luck to you!!

Dietary Supplement Dexatrim Anyone?

Okay, so i have never taken any Dietary Supplements. Im a heavier set women and I had my son 18 months ago. I am ready to lose this weight and get healthy. I want to beable to go and buy cute clothes… I want my breasts to get smaller… So Im wondering is this a good choice in supplement? Its the Dexatrim Max with real Green Tea and Oolong Tea.
If anyone does take a dietary supplement, What has worked for you? I know there are soooo many out there… What are the pros and cons of them? Will taking Dexatrim affect me worse?

I've been having problems with getting a flat stomache. Come to find out it's because I eat red meat. I just started working out about 2 months ago, with a plan of cardio three times a week and weight training every other day around that, because I'm trying to tone. I found other health benefits to way I should stop eating red meat, but right now, my stomache is my biggest concern. I just included drink green tea to my diet because of the AOX in it. But, here's my problem. I am currently deployed to the desert. I eat fruits and veggies, but now what can I eat to help make my diet better? I work nights, so my breakfast is lunch, my lunch is dinner, and my dinner is breakfast. Every night I eat a cup of granola and milk before I go to sleep. Is this good? I need the best tips as to what I should/should not eat for my body. My blood type is A+. That's part of the reason why I have to stop eating red meat. I need pro help on this. Just turned 25. Please, any suggestions?
Limit the intake of red meat but don't cut it out altogether because it has proteins and is a good source of energy. Try eating only half of your normal portion for 2 months and you should start losing weight because this will give your body less glycogen to store and hence less fat. Eating breakfast at night is not a problem as long as you eat along the guidelines of the food groups and 2000 calories depending on your current weight and daily activities. Being part of the army is fairly energy requiring so don't stop eating but LIMIT logically.

Do nuts make u break out?

I had flavored pecans at a superbowl party. I had only one normal sized pimple on my forehead. I used my pro-active and the spf-15 moisterizer and then the green tea moisterizer. I went to bed. The next morning i woke up with 2 more huge zits in my t zone. I am not used to eating nuts. Is this the reason?

I'm ana and i have a coco cola ZERO A DAY maybe two cans if i feel really hungry. if i binge ill have three slices of toast without butter..then i'll purge that. my goal is to be 90lbs by the end of this month, id probably just make it to 95
. Im 5'6 1/2 but with shoes on im over 5'7.
6 days without eating anything not even drinking water can drop you 8-11lbs. But thats wayyyyyyy easier said than done.

my wieght was 115lbs and now i m 152 lbs,i m really worried about my health,my hips have grown up and some tummy thighs shoulders and even my face has changed,even it has grown up too,u know wat i mean….i m also breast feeding but not all the time just 5 to 6 times in day time with like 10 to 15 mins each time……….i almost cut off with the sugar and i m also having green tea twice a day,eating just a little food………sleeping good……..but i dont know y i have grown up i want my nice and slim figure back………..do u guys know wat should i do or is there any thing i can do with my face like geting rid of all the swelling of my face………..help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz………..!
I was 105 before I had my daughter and like 140 after. It's really difficult to try to figure out how to lose weight when you have never had to worry about it before. I cut out as much white flour and sugar that I could and just made healthier choices about food (fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, cut out the junk food and high fat foods). I also started running. This worked wonders for me. I am now still like 125, but I am about the same size I was before I had my daughter and I'm in much better shape, I just have muscle weight now. You might never get back to 115, because your body structure has changed and that's normal. You can still be at a healthy weight and be lean without reaching that weight again. It took me a while to figure that out.
In other words, it may take time, but a healthy diet and good exercise is the only healthy way to lose the weight.
