I do eliptical 30 min 3 times aweek and started green tea 2-3 cups with 1/4 teaspoon splenda daily.Is this sufficient to lose weight or should i increase.And also i want to know will it increase caffeine level and cause problem.
That should be enough. Make sure you consistently do the elliptical and eat healthy. Personally I take green tea extract pills, but drinking green tea is great also.

I drank 2 cups of green tea per day for a summer (about 2 months) and lost 5 lbs., and I don't normally drop weight easily. I'd say it gives you a boost.

green tea helps to boost the metabolism. if u want tea/ drink to lose weight, try slimming tea. i did that. good luck.

I don't really like the tea, so if I'm short on time could I just swallow some of the leaves (gross, but worth it)? How much do you need? Does it actually work and what does it do?

No you cant eat the leaves and yes you can lose weight drinking green tea. 6 cups a day is a good amount, which is good for burning approximately 80 calories.
I would drink evenly through the day. A good rule of thumb is to substitute your coffee or AM drink, your soda at lunch and your dinner drink with an 8 ounce glass of DIET or unsweetened green tea. I prefer arizona.
It should not be the only thing you do for losing weight. There are several types of green tea, primarily Sencha and Gyokuro. The difference between the two lies in the way they are grown. Sencha is a higher grade tea grown in full sun; Gyokuro is grown in full shade. This article was very useful to me when deciding to use green tea as part of my diet. When am I suppose to drink Green Tea to help me lose weight?

I am adding Green tea to my diet. However, am I suppose to drink it during the morning and night? Or am I suppose to drink it before and after every meal? I want to know so I can lose weight.
I'm also starting to eat healthier and exercising
I recently read in Womans Health magazine that if you drink green tea after each meal it slows down and lowers the absorption of carb calories which can lead to 18+lbs lost a year. Hey, thats worth it. Small but mighty!
