Which is better when TTC and pregnant? Decaf green tea, decaf black tea or decaf coffee?

There is so much conflicting information out there about this and I'm just trying to figure out what's best. I like a warm cup of coffee or tea in the morning with my breakfast and later in the day after dinner. I'm talking about two cups a day max. I know there are links to green tea and birth defects if consumed in large doses. However, if I were to drink no more than two cups per day what would be the healthiest choice while TTC and pregnant?
The only thing that I have heard is to generally stay away from herbal anything. So if green tea is herbal tea, you may want to stick to the black tea.

I think they'd probably be pretty close done decaf, but I would go with the coffee myself. Especially with any negative studies surrounding green tea.

i had gestational diabetes when i was pregnant with my second child and still the nutritionist told me that one cup of coffee or caffeinated drink was fine . so unless you have a health issue i wouldn't be concerned . but to be on the safe side i would ask the doctor just to ease your mind .
