5000 calories in one one set?
21.December, 2008
I have been on an extreme diet since July 25 to date. Only vegetable, fruit, green tea and 8 glasses of water a day and soup. My daily calories have been around 800 but never exceeds 1000. I went from 125 to 100 (as of today’s measure, though four days ago I was 105 ilbs) I look much better and completely satisfied. But on weekends, especially last weekend and this weekend, I broke the rule. Last Sunday I had a great amount of cookies that my aunt sent me, so today I thought of eating it because I wanted to finish it all (dont want to stock enemies anymore), anyways, the amount though hard calculate the calories as it is homemade, I assume it is around 5000. What should I do now? Will I gain wait again? I mean I did it last week, but the days after I went on fasting and extreme, what should I do now? I
Firstly, you need to change up the diet you are on right now. You aren’t eating enough protein, which will affect your body. Protein is your friend whether you are trying to gain or lose. It helps your body repair it’s self, and it takes more calories for your body to digest it than it contains.
Then, you need to look at your relationship with food. Something is wrong is you are binging. Even healthy people binge.
I’m not sure how many cookies you ate or what they were made with, but it takes a hell of a lot of cookies to equate to 5,000 calories. Write down what you eat so you can get a better hold of what you are doing to your body. Log your food at a place like fitday . com or thedailyplate.com

its ok to cheat on a diet every now and then. im more worried about how few calories your taking in. with so few calories and fat in your diet now, when you do occasionally get a little extra fat and calories, your body will store them as fat because its not getting enough in your diet. for people to lose weight and keep it off, you need to be eating 4-6 small meals a day. and if you are active, your body will need more calories. so if your not exercising, go ahead and do that and increase your protein and calorie intake.
