how much weight do you think i could lose?

I am 16 years old 12 stone, 5 ft 6.
If I did Kate's cardio combat dvd (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kates-Cardio-Combat-Rhydian-Lewis/dp/B00007J34U)
from Monday to Friday once a day.
And on Saturday and Sunday I did in addition to Kate's Cardio Combat another workout dvd called Coronation street: funk fit (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Coronation-Street-Funk-Tina-OBrien/dp/B0006TNAE8).
Combined with a maximum of 900 calories a day, 2 cups of green tea and metabo extreme.
How much weight do you think I could lose and what time scale?
if 900 calories is unhealthy, what should my calorie intake be to significantly cause weight loss?
i lost 3 stone from a healthy diet in 3 months!!!
eat around 1200 cals, Healthy FOOD only, 8 glasses of water + fruit and veg.
You will want 3 healthy meals a day + snacks inbetween.
Not sure if you realise but with the little food and lots of exercise it wont take long for your body to go into starvation mode (your body will grip the fat for dear life) so you wont lose anything.

your links dont work sorry :[ so i dont know how intense your workouts are, but you should alternate and every other day go running and on the other days do the workout videos, and you need to eat enough i dont think 900 calories is enough. you will definitley lose weight though, and drink lots of water!!! good luck.

The working out part sounds great and will really help you slim and tone. I don't really recommend diet pills or energy boosters. When you take those your body after a while will slow it's metabolism down to stabalize itself, then when you don't take those pills or energy boosters anymore you will gain all your weight back. Try just doing the working out part and eating healthy, you should be able to lose the weight you want with just that. The extras are damaging to your body. Also, 900 calories is really extreme. No one should only eat that much, it's very unhealthy. Eat your normal 3 meals a day just make sure you're eating low fat meats, veggies, and fruit. Skip anything fast food, too processed, greasy, ect.

noo noo noo… these are all amazing money making gimmiks. The exercises you do on these help maintain weight not loose it to be honest. I have got good advice though:
Decrease the amount of fat you eat such as chocolate bars and cakes, and
Increase the amount of cardiovascular work you do, like running, swimming or cycling
This way your not taking in as much fat, and your also burning of fat, so an easier way to say it is your loosing weight
this is honestly the best way to loose weight, that way you can have fun and not have to spend all your time counting how many calorise youve had in a day!

i think you did not lose your weight . to me you have no tension about your body. if you want to lose your weight then you have a tension it is more effective then dieting .
