About green tea and weight loss?

So they say green tea can really help you to loose weight. Even if it’s decaffinated???? Any info would be really great! Thanks!
Yes green tea will help you lose weight, it is not a miracle though you still need to get exercise and eat properly, but green tea will aid in accelerating your weight loss.

Yes, green tea does help with weight loss. If you had a cup once a day, (and ate well and exercised well) you would see results in just a few weeks. Many overweight people have green tea 4-6 times a day. However, you can’t be a couch potato, and expect to lose 10 pounds in one month just relying on green tea. But, if you eat well and exercise, green tea will quicken the weight loss wait!

Yeah, It does help to lose weight. They claim that it helps to lose like 25 pounds in 25 days (as per the ads). Though i never lost 25 pounds, but it did help. I lost like 10 pounds. Refer to this site for more info -

Regular green tea won’t exactly make you lose weight. If you’re replacing soda or something with green tea, then yeah you definiately will. if you’re looking for something with more power in it to help you lose weight based on green tea, try this product
