Green Tea and Weight Loss?

Anyone here loose weight with green tea? I've heard it works but how many people really loose weight this way? Is it fast?healthy?
On average 3 cups of green tea burns an extra 80 calories. Green tea has 0 calories and speeds up your metabolism by a tiny % for that day. You can't lose weight by just drinking green tea. Because humans are supposed to consume 1200-3000 calories a day depending upon who you are (Height, gender, weight activity level ect)
If youd rink 3 cups of green tea for a yr you might lose 1 Ib but green tea doesn't lose much weight. You have to burn 3500 extra calories to lose an Ib so 80 calories isn't that much.
But hey, research shows that drinking 4 cups of green tea a day might help prevent cancers and desies so it's good to drink anyways!
Green tea is more of something that helps you along with weight loss. Exercise right and eat right and you'll get to the weight your supposed to be.
But remember, fad diets do not work. 98% of the time people gain back all their weight or more. If you are overweight it means you aren't eating healthy anyways, so if you start eating healthier your weight should go to it's healthy size.

Due to its high concentration of catechins polyphenols, or plant chemicals, Green Tea can foster fat burning and increase the process of thermogenesis, or generation of heat/energy.

Green tea is healthy.
Just eat healthy items and exercise. Green tea is also a relaxant.
I do know that studies in asia show that if you eat literally pounds of raspberries all the time, there is something in the raspberry that helps weight loss
