    Green tea doesn;t help. It is like coffee–it is just the caffeine. If you have it wihtout milk or sugar, it will basically just be like havin the caffeine with less sugar which isn't good for you, but it might give you more energy to do better exercise. But it doesn't make you thin without you doing more exercise then usual. Just think–if people lost weight doing something so easy, everyone would be slim.
