I currently try to drink 10 cups a day, I need to lose weight in 1 & a 1/2 weeks so will this help? I am dieting/excersising about 5-6 days a week too

Yes green tea will help you lose weight, it is not a miracle though you still need to get exercise and eat properly, but green tea will aid in accelerating your weight loss.

    Yes, it will help, as long as you aren’t adding any milk to the tea. Some type of reaction takes place when you put milk in the Green Tea that negates all of the positive benefits, except for the good taste, of the tea.

    Green tea will help a little bit, it has caffeine. The biggest benefit with green tea is the antioxidants, but those don’t exactly make you lose weight. If you need something stronger look into this product:
