I am taking Green Tea 315 mg Capsules. How do they benefit me?

Are they good?
Green tea is packed full of polyphenols which are potent antioxidants. They'll help by mopping up all the free radicles generated by your body (free radicles formation can be increased through smoking, exposure to chemicals etc). Free radicles can cause quite a lot of damage (damage cell membranes, DNA etc) so keeping them in check is wise.
Edit:
Green tea capsules are often not simply powdered tea leaves but rather a green tea extract, with the leaves extracted such that polyphenol antioxidant quantities (especially EGCG, epigallocatechin gallate) are concentrated, enhansing the antioxidant activity. For more on EGCG see the following link.

actually the greatest benefit goes to the packer/filler/seller of the capsules
buy green tea leaves - make tea - drink it - and eat the tea leaves - or just add it to ur food
