11am - 2 digestive biscuits, black tea with sweetener
2:30pm - can of tuna in olive oil with balsamic vinegar, pepper, green olives, garlic and asparagus (boiled).
OR
little slice of spanish omlette (about size of a small hand, made of olive oil, potatos and egg) and boiled spinach
5-7pm - 0.5 litres of water
8pm - 15 olives.
9.30pm - black tea with sweetener
bed - 11pm
activities are walk to work, 10 min. sit in office 9am - 2pm, walk home 10 min. walk for half hour at lunch. sit in classes 4pm - 8pm. walk one hour in evening 8-9pm.
I’m 155cm and 50kg, non smoker, healthy…but feeling a bit bigger than normal…i also take one multivitamin, 1200mg evening primrose oil and green tea capsules every day. and have a tea spoon of senna leaves before going to bed to stay regular (i suffer from slow digestion and this is only thing which seems to work for me)
weekends i may have 3 glasses of wine and 4 vodkas in a night (would this make much difference to weight of don’t drink during the week). diet pretty much same on weekends though maybe eating everything couple of hours later…
And please - no people putting links to magical diet pills/eeight loss sites!!!!
wow. that diet is pretty close to malnutirition.
Your body wont have enough calories so it will go into “survive” mode.
What happens is your body will try to store as much food as possible as fat because it thinks there is a food shortage. your body is pretty smart. So instead of attacking the fat, your body will attack the muscle. It has much more nutrients in it then your fat does.
dont second guess what your body needs. Go to the gym and talk to a nutritionist. Thats what they do for a living.

It seems fine. I love drinking so would hate to say try to not drink because it really does make you gain weight but…besides that you should be fine.

Are you trying to shit yourself thin? The exercise you are doing will make a big difference in its self. Everyone is genetically different so its hard to say whether the diet is ok for you or not…but more natural protein and vege is better than all this stuff you are taking. Generally you would take this diet if you are training for a bodybuilding contest or similar.
Good luck you should definitely lose weight but becareful on this diet!!

If you’re going to be walking an hour every night, you’re not going to have enough energy. Try adding a small amount of wholegrain carbs into your diet to give your body the fuel it needs. Try adding one peice of fruit, lots more water, and some sort of lean meat at night with vegetables - you’ll get so much more out of that than olives (I love olives, don’t get me wrong).
Also, maybe you could try walking in the morning before getting ready for work rather than before bed - exercising in the morning and having a healthy breakfast really helps to kick start your metabolism for the day.

Where’s the protein - I know you have tuna but this isn’t enough. You need to be eating protein with your dinner aswell (and olives do not consitute dinner - they’re also very high in salt so not good for you at all, fluid retention springs to mind).
The tea is fine but a little milk will be ok as you aren’t getting enough calcium in your diet either. Ditch the sweeteners, they are pure chemicals and not good for you at all. A teaspoon of sugar is about 18cals so this won’t break the bank. You can ween yourself off sugar over the course of a week or so.
I see you are eating All Bran, this is known to be a ‘bunger’ - I also see you aren’t drinking enough fluids. Try increasing your water intake, adding some fresh fruits and increasing your protein, this will be much better for you.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
