Have you ever done the green tea diet?
16.January, 2009
If you have tell me everything you know about it, and if it worked, because i was thinking of trying it, but if it doesn't work then i'll try something else, and if you have any other weight loss strategies then that would be cool to hear about it.
Thanx!
I dunno, but my mum always say green tea/ chinese tea is good for you. It helps you clean your digestive system and therefore it should be able to keep you nice and healthy and possibly even help you loose weight. I reckon you should try it, there's no harm done and like people say it's always good to try new things!

The formula for losing weight is simple - consume less and workout more - the issues appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are plenty of opportunities to fail out there aren't there?! The only diet that definitely delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a few free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off 25 pounds, it definitely does work!

No, I have not. But drinking lots of green tea is very good for you. My recipe is five tea bags in one gallon of hot water and put that out in the sun for 4 - 8 hours and then sweeten it per glass and vacuum it down. In the winter time you just put it on a window sill. For sweetener I use Sweet and Low. Saccharin won't hurt you that's a disproven myth.
