i buy a 12 pack of green tea and i think it works…it was pretty cheap they are bottle for just 6 dollars

from my understanding…it really isnt a diet…there is something in the green tea that rids the body of toxins and waste…the caffine in green tea…is (from my understanding is one of the ingredients)…this caffine…is different from the caffine in coffee…the green tea caffine claimaints are that this particular caffine..does not make you nervous and jumpy as regular coffee caffine.

"The Green Tea Diet" essentially works like this.
You drink lots of Green Tea, which means you drink lots of water. The water helps you feel full, the caffiene in the Tea helps boost your metabolism. So you eat fewer calories and burn more calories.
Basic weight loss math. Fewer Calories in plus more calories burned equals gradual weight loss.
