Is diet lipton green tea good for fasting?

I am not going to eat anything for a week and am only going to drink diet lipton green tea…..thoughts?
It works. I've tried this before. and no I didn't faint, I got really dizzy at times but never did i faint.

Actually, you don't need to diet per se to lose weight, the one method which really worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I lost 30 pounds, it really does produce success!

You will probably faint!
Why not eat veg, fruit and lean white meat too, don;t make yourself ill, its not worth it! x x

i don't think it has enough nutrients in it to keep you going. i would suggest something home-made, at least you can be sure its healthy. maybe a lemonade sweetened with honey or maple syrup instead of sugar
make sure you drink lots of water too

Fasting originally began because people believed it cleansed the body. I think it's a horrible way to diet. The body needs nutrients. That Lipton Green Tea is the bomb though, I love that stuff.

If your fasting, I see no reason why that wouldn't be a great idea. I just wouldn't exercise during the week you fast, you might overdo it.
