Diet pills do not work in the long term. Diets are not a way of life - it is not something you can continue with for the rest of your life. In order to lose weight effectively, you need to eat a well balanced diet (high fiber foods, whole grains (avoid white breads/pastas), eat dark green/ orange vegetables & fruits), as well include regular physical active into your routine. It is about changing your lifestyle not taking pills. As a personal trainer, I would not recommend you or anyone take diet pills - they are not effective in the long run. Good luck.

I’ve been looking on the internet to try to find out what exactly “Xenedrol” is and nothing gives a clear answer. It’s not something that’s naturally occurring, that’s for sure. If I were you, I wouldn’t take something like that.

In addition, 150 mg of caffeine is quite a bit. If you do decide to go through and take these pills, don’t take them during dinner because they will prevent you from sleeping. And don’t drink anything with caffeine during the day because 300 mg per day is quite enough.

Overall, you need to understand that these are not proven to help people lose weight. There are tons of weight loss supplements on the market and none have been proven to work, and many have been proven to be harmful. I don’t know that this one in particular is harmful, but you’re definitely taking a risk.

I won’t say “your” too young to take diet pills because that is grammatically incorrect. Diet pills do not work. The only way to lose weight is through negative caloric intake. Use up more calories than you take in. The most sensible and successful way to achieve this is by diet and exercise. Don’t go on a diet, but change your dietary habits. Exercise will help burn up calories. The more you exercise the less you have to worry about your caloric intake. Diet pills usually have a stimulant with unwanted side effects and poor long term results. I’m not sure what the difference is between artificial and natural (which I think is what you mean by “natrul”) caffeine. If you read the diet pill container I’m sure you will see the disclaimer “not intended to diagnose or treat” any medical condition. This means these pill are not regulated by the FDA.

Best of luck with your health.

I am 14 too and about 10 pounds overweight. I went to whole foods and got these pills called skinny fast. They are all natural and speed up your metabolism. In about 3 weeks i have lost 5 pounds.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
