do you think that green tea fat burner help to burn fat because i am taking it for over a month and my weight seem to be going up i really need to lose these pounds before i start school in september suggestions please

You are not too fat and don't let anyone tell you that. You should surround yourself with people who care about you as a person and not insult you all the time. I am a personal trainer and own a supplement company and I would have trouble assisting you because you are doing it for the wrong reasons.

i would say pay more attention to your diet then a fat burning supplement. Make sure you are eating a balanced diet of clean foods, as well as doing cardiovascular excersise as much as possible. weight training will also help. What is you weight and why are you loosing it for everyone else? I dont know about that particular brand but if it has not worked stopped using it. Thats simple. Exercises is the best way to go. Work out at least 3 time a week. But look inside yourself and figure out y you are wanting to shed these pounds 1st. Sweetheart dont do it because somebody told you to.

do you think you are too fat? as long as you are at a 'healthy weight' you shouldn't worry about what your boyfriend thinks. teas and pills and fad diets are usually hopeless. the best way to loose weight and be healthy is to set a goal and stick to it by eating healthy and exercising. it isn't easy but the rewards are fabulous - you get more energy and add years to your life.

If you are happy with yourself, why change for everybody else? But, if YOU really are unhappy with your looks, taking those "fat burning" pills don't really work. All you have to do is eat healthy [smaller portions], drink lots of water, and set up an exercise routine to follow daily.

Add a multivitamin, calcium, and even fiber, this will help if u do not eat the best possible diet. u could also ask your boyfriend to try skating with u, bike riding with u, and jump roping, fun things that will not seem like exercise. Try to limit your bread in take, substitute Crystal light for kool aid and sodas. Try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day. Take 3 fiber capsules a day, and 2 calcium pills, This will help if u do those fun exercises for at least 45 minutes 4 days a week. Hope this helps…..BUT LOSE WEIGHT FOR YOURSELF, by changing your lifestyle or your BOYFRIEND

NO supplement (like "green tea fat burner") will "burn fat".
This is misleading advertising to get you to buy their worthless product. Sorry you got suckered in. Maybe you can get your money back (but I doubt it).
Eat less, exercise more. The only way.
