how to lose 5-10 pounds fast?

Okay.I am 15, 5′8 and 115 lbs.I have always been naturally thin.I put on a lot weight in the past few years from quitting swim team and volleyball.I would like to know what the easiest way to lose 5-10 lbs.If I could maybe have a meal plan?Thanks so much.I hope you can help
Btw.I have a butt the size of texas and a poochy stomach and love handles.I want them gone FYI
Oh and wwhat would happen if I take a liquid gel green tea fat burner pill everyday?

Be glad you are healthy and be happy with your body the way it is. Life is too short to worry about 10 pounds.
That is not a lot of weight.
Sounds like you just need to get back to exercise. Try running or aerobics like dancing.

No seriously. Your already too thin. If anything I’d say gain some weight. If you’re serious about the love handles and stuff though you want to tone. Use lighter weights. Or less crunches.

Hunny i am 5′1 and i weigh 130.
You don’t need to loose weight in the first place!
But just drink ALOT of water and eat ALOT of fruit and keep your meals simple and small.
And you should loose acouple pounds.
Though it is not nessecary.

hey u should try this pineapple diet i did it and droped 4 pounds in 3 days all you do is eat pineapple for everymeal and snack uk maybe u can sneak a thing or 2 but yeah the longest ive done it has bin 9 day i lost soooo much wait its hard but works great !!!!!!!!!!!
