I want to lose weight fast!!?

after I go and exercise on the treadmill or ride my bike for about an hour. I've done this so many times. For example I lost 15 pounds 3 months ago but then I gained it all back again. This time I want to lose about 25 pounds. It's really hard for me to eat healthy so I just try no to eat, but if I'm really hungry I eat carrots.

First thing you need to do is address your eating issues. You can lose the weight time and time again but if you don't address the eating (whether too much or just junk) you will not get your body healthy. Also you need to assess what is truly a healthy weight, many people today (both men and women) want to look like a professional swimmer or runner. There are many health service facilities that offer free initial consultation (including BMI and such) that would be a great place to start and surround yourself with positive people who know of your desires of getting yourself healthy, so they don't go out and score burgers and donuts every other night…take care of yourself -peace

    if its just diet that u wanna focus on then
    a lot of carrot juice
    having honey in hot water
    if u take boiled eggs take only the white not the yellow.
    press the pause button on coke, pepsi and potato chips.
    drink loads of water.
    if u drink stop taking beer.
    Use whipped or softened butter or margarine. You'll spread the flavor around using a lot less than if it were hard and you had to scrape it on.

    if u r a meateterian, try balancing fish instead of pork and beef.

    if u r ready 2 workout the best thiing wud be to wake up do the necesssary stuff and then just take a glass of water then start walking as far as u can and ul c the effect in a week at the max.

    try some treadmill running if that suits u.

    exercise during television commercials. Those 3-minute spurts will keep you out of the kitchen

    Well first I will say that you should not stop eating to lose weight as that will not work. The reason behind this is biological, if you refrain from eating your system will protect itself from starvation by storing fats and not releasing them. I would also suggest to leave the over the counter pills as most do not work as well as they say. You should look for natural ways to lose weight and understand what your body will digest during one meal, such as protiens, your body will digest 4 oz of protien so if you eat much more then that will convert to fat. Also eating carrots although a veggie it is not the most healthy as it converts to sugar in your system, much like white bread. I would change over to the green veggies and if you like bread move towards the wheat or multigrain.

    Over a few months ago I puchased an excellent book that helped me lose over 15 pounds in a bit over 30 days. It helps you learn how to naturally lose weight without the over the counter drugs, of which I tried several including the green tea and hoodia pills and patch and to no avail lost very little. I also now add to my day a 30 minute cardio workout, now for some who have more time your results could be greater, but for me I am quite happy.
