the combination of those two i believe are making me only feel hungry in the evening. My one meal is pretty big however. is this a healthy and good way to lose weight. I wanna lose like 25 lbs. I am currently 19 yrs, 6 ft 225 lb male.

no , you need more than one meal a day or you will become sick. you need a balanced diet and exercise. for instance you could eat as much fruit as you wanted all day every day and would never put on weight as its very low in fat.if you eat fruit and veg and meat and avoid fizzy drinks and fast food and alchohol youl lose weight .

    You need to eat all 3 meals. Especially breakfast. Getting food in you will get your metabolism to start in the morning and start working. Just drink water, nothing else. And eat healthy food. Run. I run 2 miles a day, and I'm 16. I also do Crunchs, Flutter Kickers, Push ups, and bicycle kicks. It is working amazingly.

    if you wanna lose weight by fixing your eating habits, than the best way 2 do that is to eat more meals but less food @ each 1. studies have shown that eating more than three meals a day but having smaller portions in those measls than your average meal is much healtheir.

    You will get sick… It is important to eat breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Eat lots of protein in the morning and you will not get as hungry thru-out the day.
    Unless you want to get sick…Eat healthy and in moderation. When your body tells you that you are hungry—that means you need to eat. Fruits and veggies or nuts are good snacks. But seriously….Eat breakast-lunch and dinner
