Unfortunately you did not mention your age which is very important for amenorrhea. If you are already 16-17 – better make full analysis and diagnosis because it is not so simple. First you should know why you have amenorrhea before starting hormonal treatment because if you use hormones – your hormonal analysis will be absolutely wrong!!! Amenorrhea could be in many cases:
1.ovarian diseases,
2.genetic diseases,
3.stressful life or one big stress,
4.very low level of hormones,
5.diabetic status,
6.absence of uterus or rudimental uterus (very rare!),
7.some other.

It is strongly recommended to consult your doctor for professional advice. Above mentioned information and recommendations are just general and should be adapted to each person according to personal health indicators and status.

Anorexia causes your body to conserve whatever it can. Missing periods, hairloss, dry skin, cavities will follow if you aren't careful.

Well, it could be several things and you need to see a doctor. Being underweight can have that effect on a girls cycle. But endometriosis, thyroid and pcos can also cause this. It sounds from the way you described this that you have a very high metabolism, and this could be a hyperactive thyroid. The doctor will give you provera (medroxyprogesterone) that can make you have your period, and sometimes it will go back to normal after this. Hormone levels especially estrogen can mess up your cycle, they'll usually do blood work to check for this and thyroid problems. Just a side question: why would you take fat burner pills if you are underweight?
