There is only one effective fat burner. It's called EXERCISE.

There isn't anything on the market that is a "fat burner." They simply don't exist. The weight loss industry is a multi billion dollar industry selling everything from drinks to pills. Think about this, if there was something available that would truly burn fat, why would we have almost 70% of the population overweight and obese. Save your money. Everyone wants a quick fix when it comes to weight and unfortunately, there is no such thing. To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you eat each day. There's nothing magic about it. Watch the amount of calories you eat and increase your activity each day and you'll be fine.

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the problems appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the big wide world don't you think?! The sole diet that definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials left, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I shed thrity pounds, it definitely does produce success!

The main fat burners that are effective are working out and cardiovascular training. But green tea has some healthy benefits that will help clean your system.
Also drinking water is good too.
