Do nuts make u break out?

I had flavored pecans at a superbowl party. I had only one normal sized pimple on my forehead. I used my pro-active and the spf-15 moisterizer and then the green tea moisterizer. I went to bed. The next morning i woke up with 2 more huge zits in my t zone. I am not used to eating nuts. Is this the reason?

    I doubt it, unless you're allergic. You were probably going to get the zits anyway.

    It could be the nuts, you're probably allergic to them
    or they just cause a reaction. Another reason for
    pimples to grow is eating unhealthy foods. For now
    drink plenty of water, get enough rest, and wash your
    face with soap and water. (And by soap it could be the
    Proactive stuff you're using) It could also be the Proactive
    you never know, maybe try stopping the use of it for a
    couple days and see how things go. Nuts are usually
    good for your skin because they contain oils that help
    your skin if its dry. But in your case I am not 100%
    positive its the nuts.

    Nuts have a lot of fat in it so if you eat bad food you MAY be getting acne from it. la la la I hope I helped ^_^ ~ desu

    edit: nuts are good for you just unsalted maybe salty fatty (good fats for nuts tho) and your skin don't mix… o_o ~ desu

    Zits are caused when the pore is plugged up with something like dirt or oil on your face. They have nothing to do ith reactions.

    Personally, I dont think so. You could have had an alergic reaction but there would be many more symptoms. Its more likely that you are having a reaction to one or more of the products you described. You named two moisterizers and over moisturizing can trigger outbreaks in oily areas. The best things to use are often the simplest.
