Good diet plan??

07.November, 2008

Taking Alli weight loss, eating only fruits, vegetables and bread profucts and drinking high caffineated green tea to boost up my metabolism

what's the pros and cons for this very drastic weight loss plan?

bread is carbs = insulin triggers, not great.

drop the BS "alli wieght loss" stuff and burn more cals then you injest.

Cut the carbs they promote fat if not burned in a workout, watch how much sugar is in the fruits, eat lean proteins in fish and chicken and you will have no cons in weight loss unless your considers overweight and may recieve streak marks from a dramatic weight drop.

Well the best thing I have to say to u, is you need to excersise and run eight miles a day and then eat salad and eat that with everything u eat, and DONT EAT JUNK FOOD!!!!!
thats why most people gripe about how they look, now i wonder why. And dont be like most people and eat junk food all the time, u will make urself sick and miserable, have fun and be outside, go dirtbiking (thats my favorite thing to do), well do that and u will be set to go), later and good luck and good night

Pro= It maybe a great jump start with rapid wieght loss where the eventual goal is to follow a more balanced diet that consists of a blend of clean proteins, unrefined carbohydrates (fruits and veggies), and fats to a small extent. The focus should be eating the balanced method for life.
Weight loss has to have a end point and a maintence goal.

The cons= I don't see a whole lot of them…if you stayed on this type of diet for longer than a few weeks it may get old and your body may start to let you know it (you may stop losing weight.) There may not be any harm following it for a few weeks then switching to a balanced diet with exercise at least 3 days a week and the weight should start coming off slow and steady which is what you are looking for to achieve healthy weight loss. I almost forgot: Drink that water it is so important to weight loss and to replenish your body systems…Keep it up you headed in the right direction…Good for you…
