Week 3- 2 sessions elliptical 15min hard as you can go, 1 sessio
Workout plan :

Workout A

**2×8 Dips
Workout B
3×5 Squat
3×5 Standing military press
3×5 Pendlay or Bent Rows
This is unbelievable. You eat 6 meals a day? 9 raw eggs daily? Looks like you are taking in too much protein. Each gram of protein gives you 4kcal, haven't taken carbohydrates and fats into consideration. This looks more like a body-builder diet to me (proteins are required for them to build muscles).
You should count your calories properly and make sure you don't eat more than you burn. Otherwise all effort will go to waste.
As for your workout plan, if your objective is weight loss, then you should convert all 3 sessions into 45 mins on treadmill. 15 mins elliptical cannot really be considered as cardio, sounds more like power training. An effective cardio session has to be 30 minutes or more.
As for all the pills, I don't see the necessity eating them cos you look more like over-nutrition.
Sorry to be so negative, but just don't want you to put in any hope for such a bad plan.
