Is there a difference in Drinking Green Tea or taking the pill?

I would rather take the pill… what are the pros and cons to each?

well i guess the liquid Green Tea is probably more natural than the pill since they sometimes add other stuff into the pills…

pill-
pro- if you dont like the taste of the tea, then you dont have to have the taste in your mouth
con- you may become allergic to it, like i did…

Green Tea-
pro- more natural
con- ummm…. if you're clumsy, it could spill?
