Okay so there are like 3 different types of tea out now: regular, green & white. I like regular tea, have recently gotten hooked on white tea (raspberry flavor) thanks to one of my roommates but have never tried green tea cause I hear it's disgusting.

I hear they're all good for you in one way or another but, HOW?? Is any one type better for you than the other?? What are the pros, cons &/or benefits of the 3 types??

(Obviously it's better than drinking soda, hands down, and I agree! lol)

    All I know is they all have great anti-oxidants for your body. I haven't yet tried white tea, but it sounds good to me. I've been drinking Liptons bottled Diet Green Tea with berry flavoring & it's great. Also Liptons Diet Green Tea with citrus is very good. It's alot like tea with sugar substitute & lemon. I believe tea does the body good. enjoy!
