I have heard that green tea has some health benefits. What are they? If I drink a cup of green tea each morning, will that be healthy? Is it risky or dangerous? Thanks!
I don’t think there are any risks really. The benefits are it is antioxidant rich and helps the metabolism. It speeds it up I believe. It’s better than coffee health wise and basically is zero calories.

there are 3 billion chinese who do it every day… it is safe as long as you dont add chinese milk.

I do that, just because I was trying to cut out coffee and needed to replace it with something. I haven’t noticed any changes, good or bad, but apparently it’s really good for you.
