what are the pros/cons for drinking green tea?

also will adding sugar to the tea defeat the purpose of what the tea is suppose to do?
use splenda instead of sugar and the green tea will raise your metabolism

people know about antioxidants, but little know what they do. EGCG, found in green tea, can shrink and destroy cancer cells, as well as fat cells. it supports a healthy immune system and can sometimes whiten your teath. havent ran into many green tea problems, unless i make it too hot.

all the statements made about green tea are theoretical and there hasnt been much supportive research about it - but one thing is for sure - it doesnt have anything bad in it.
