I started taking these yesterday, and I took one a few minutes ago and now I am a little shaky and my heart is beating faster then usual..I just feel kinda "strange"…don't really know how to explain it. Is this because of the pills or the fact that I have cut way down on how much I eat a day. Please help, thanks in advance.

    it is probably a combination of both not eating and taking diet supplements. is there caffiene in those pills?? that'll def. make ya shake! it'll go away dont worry :)
