I drink a can (or 2) of japanese green tea every day (not sweetened or anything). Does it help you lose weight? A lot of my friends say I am looking skinnier, but I havent seen any scale results…???
to see an increase in the metabolic rate from green tea you need to consume at least 3 cups daily. this would cause an increase of the metabolic rate by 2-3%. green tea would only be part of a low calorie diet where fat loss is the main goal.

Green tea is good for you, and I've heard that it can boost your metabolism a little. But I don't know that it would actually produce noticeable weight loss results.
