I am adding Green tea to my diet. However, am I suppose to drink it during the morning and night? Or am I suppose to drink it before and after every meal? I want to know so I can lose weight.

I'm also starting to eat healthier and exercising

I recently read in Womans Health magazine that if you drink green tea after each meal it slows down and lowers the absorption of carb calories which can lead to 18+lbs lost a year. Hey, thats worth it. Small but mighty!

    i drink it when im thirsty!

    I lost 20 lbs this summer

    and just drinking it in place of soda or unhealthy drinks is what works best

    its good instead of coffie

    and its good before bed

    it boosts metabolism at all times of the day
