if i were to drink 6-8 cups of (hot) green tea full of anti-oxidants. Would i lose weight by one full week? I want to replace about two meals in my day with green tea. and i will always have good nutritious for diner everyday. 2/3 meals will be tea. I do mildly exercise but thats not the question.

Would this work? How many lbs would i lose. Im 18, Male, 290lbs

i think you should rather than eating at dinner, you should eat at lunch, because before lunch and after lunch, you get alot of exercise, and stuff, eating at the dinner is proberbly the WORST thing you can do, because you REST shortly after dinner,
they say that you should eat GOOD NUTRITION for BREAKFAST, then eat you FULL for LUNCH, and then dont eat or eat LITTLE or SMALL amounts for DINNER.
