Green tea from a tea bag or bottled green tea?
27.December, 2008
I heard the drinking green tea was really good for you. I love Lipton's Diet Green Tea. It contains NO calories, NO sugar, No nothing. Do you think that drinking the bottled green tea is just as good for you as drinking the actual green tea from a bag?
I'd use the tea bags. The bottled tea is more processed so probably isn't as healthy.

Dear………go for the teabags………especially that stated that the tea within is freeze dried or just dried with no preservatives added.
All bottled drinks contain a certain amount of preservatives……….. EVEN when the bottle states that No prevatives are used…….how do they preserve the taste when the bottle stands on the shelf for days…….or weeks…. if not months?
Manufactureres are smart……..they use……..instead of preservaticves…….anti.oxidants!
……..which…….. of coz…….is an alternate name for preservatives!
Green tea is good for you…….but, to all manufacturers… profits are good for them!
A Rose by any name….would smell….just as sweet.
Preservatives…….by any other name…….would be just as harmful.
Take care!

fresh brewed is always better
who knows how long that stuff has been sitting in the bottle
if it is diet it must have something artificial in it
why add something bad for you tosomething supposedly good for you
