i was just wondering because i have to lay off the caffine for awhile.

yes it does, fresh green tea is always better for your health though

    Hi Mizz,
    all tea has caffeine like substances. "Diet tea" is probably so heavily chemically processed that it is a good idea to avoid it anyway.

    Only drink organic teas from your wholefood store. Never touch the processed junk.

    It sucks Pb all tea has caffine in it .. all the things that taste good are never good for us .. but hey i drink it anyway
