Is Diet Lipton Green Tea really good for weight loss?

I am a big green tea drinker, but if you refer to the bottled stuff they are selling I have to make an educated guess and say no. The taste to me was horrendous because it was obvious they had put in artificial sweetners (green tea has little to no taste) Artificial sweetners in my opinion does more harm than good.

    idk, if its good for weightloss, but it makes me feel better then drinking coca-cola. Sobe lean green tea is really good for u, along with enviga, sparkling green tea, but they taste like crap
