Does Lipton Green Tea have the antioxidants the green tea from the little packages?

if you mean teabags, then yes, all green tea, and all true tea for that matter (black, white, green, ooolong teas) have antioxidants in them. I highly recommend tea as a healthy beverage.

If you are comparing the bottled green teas to brewed teas, I would have to say that bottled teas probably have less antioxidants, but this is just a guess. I think that the longer it sits on the shelf, the more likely the antioxidants will degrade or lessen. That's just my opinion. I think I also heard it on the news or something….

yes if you want anti oxidents try cranberry or polmagranite juice they both have way more
