diet plan tell me what you think, what should i change?

two 250ml-350ml smoothies (using berries mostly and low fat dairy, and adding Fibre powder)
1cup of sliced cucumber + 1 cup steamed broccoli
1 teaspoon of matcha and lots of green tea and water
250ml of v8 fusion
and 1/2 cup plain shrimp with carrots and more cucumbers
this is split up through out the day, thinking of makeing my breakfast oatmeal instead of one of the smoothies
This is not enough food or calories for a full day. You need more protein and dairy.

it all sounds healthful but try the special k diet it works wonders go to their website an answer a few questions and they set up a plan for you.

First I’ll talk about what to eat. You should only eat 100% whole grains(cereal, bread, pasta), whole fruits and vegetables, lean meats( grilled chicken, fish, certain types of pork, turkey ham etc.) nuts and seeds( about 3tbs. is a serv., low or non fat dairy(yogurt, milk, cheeses), and healthy oils like olive oil. Breakfast-300 calories or less-( whole grain toast(1 slice) or cereal, low fat dairy product and 1/2 -1 cup fruit. Snack-150cal or less some type of protein( yogurt/cheese/nuts) and a carb(fruit, veggie, cracker) Lunch, 1c. vegetables, whole grain, milk or cheese, lean protein and piece of fruit for dessert.Snack same as other snack, then dinner same as lunch. Aim for 5-6 small meals every 3-4 hrs. to avoid overeating .Stay hydrated. 5aday.com is a great website to find how out how many fruits and veggies you need a day with recipes.mypyramid.com is also great.
For exercise, try to get 30-60 min. a day 30 to start 5 days a week take a brisk walk around your house( stairs are great!),or outside, a work out video(check out your library), jump rope or run in place or dance like theres no tomorrow.
