Green Tea…..?

Green Matcha Tea Powder - Japanese Cerimonial Tea…..does anyone know of this and its benefits? are there any negetives? Can you add the powder to smoothies?

It is an antioxidant and helps cleanse the system of impurities. It also helps your metabolism. The only negative is the caffeine. As long as you don't go overboard, you should be fine. I have never added it to smoothies, but it sounds like a good idea.
