How Do I Make It?

Can anyone tell me where I can buy the Universal Beverage Base that Starbucks uses? I found only the Matcha Green Tea Powder and Melon Syrup on Ebay but can not find the UBB anywhere. If not, can anyone recommend how to make it? I have heard that you could use melted vanilla ice cream or the following recipe:

1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsb vanilla
1 tbsp milk powder

Any ideas?

In 2006, Starbuck replaced the UBB mix with CBB (Creme Beverage Base). This version is made by combining one part skim milk with one part CBB Powdered Mix (normally containing sugar, flavorings, thickeners and other minor proprietary ingredients). I have checked and you cannot buy the mix retail. Sorry.
