Need help making matcha (green tea) drinks!!!?

Alright, here is a picture of the type of matcha I use, the spoon is an exact teaspoon measurement. I really want to learn how they make the lattes and cappucinos out of matcha, theres so many people buying this matcha but mine comes out bitter and horrible. So how do I do it? Thanks in advance anyone that helps.

I have heard Matcha before and I used it to make coffee too so I probably know a recipe. Here is a recipe for a latte.

DIRECTIONS:

Add 1 teaspoon of Matcha to 6 ounces of hot or cold milk
Add sweetener to suit taste
Whisk and serve

TIP: Use the blender to mix, whisk, and whip.
