Does Mega-T Green Tea really work? Or at least help?

No, it does not. I've taken this before and noticed no noticeable decrease in my appetite. Also, the meal plan that comes with the pills is a low carb meal plan. So, any weight you lose will come from the meal plan, not the pills. The other one they have, Mega-G, doesn't work either. Just eat sensibly, you really don't need pills.
