If the gym "doesn't help" you, I'd suggest that you examine your diet. Without the propper nutrition, it'll be pretttty hard to lose weight, and actually keep it off.
Also. Seriously, don't fall for that tea. Have you not heard of the thousands of other weight loss 'products' that claim they're the best, and yet don't really do anything/have possibly terrible side affects?
I doubt the tea would harm you, but it's not just going to make you lose weight.
If you change your eating habits (and still have enough calories to live. don't starve yourself), by having more lean proteins, grains, and lots of vegetables + fruits, and then go to the gym, you'll likely have even more evengy to workout. Keep in mind that having more than your needed intake of fat will make you quite fatigued, as well. That, making it harder to go to the gym, and so the gym wouldn't be as effective.
Of course, I know nothing about your personal died. These are just suggestions, because I want you to be healthy.
Heck, I want everyone to be healthy.
I just wish that these stupid commercial weight loss product things would stop popping up, and people would spend more time working to inform people of how to truely eat/exercise well.
So please.
Before you consider buying that, or anything else that says it'll make you lose weight, definitely look into it. Research the ingredients. And make sure that there is NOTHING harmful in it.
It won't really help you lose weight anyway, but at least that way you'll know what exactly you're putting into your body.
