Diet problem! Are there any other 0 calorie drinks besides water? ?

I’ve lost 10 pounds on my diet so far, and dropped a pants size. But I am getting really sick of just drinking water!
Everyday I’ll drink either 3 16.9oz. of Dasani water, a liter of Voss water, and every now and then a Metro Mint spearmint water. Sometimes I’ll have a diet Snapple green tea.
I’ve cut every type of soda out of my diet, so please no sodas.
I don’t think I can drinking anymore water!
no sodas. not even diet.

I dunno about 0 calorie, but they say the Green Tea actually helps metabolism and therefore could be considered a ‘minus calorie’ drink? Herbals teas are healthy too, and Smoothies, although not 0 calorie, help with fruit intake so they’re good for diets

buy the little drink mix packets for your water. most of them are 0 calorie and you avoid the rest of the bad stuff and you still get the benefit of it being 95% water!

Lettuce works as a minus-calorie food. It causes your system to burn calories through breaking down the lettuce, yet it contains no calories. So, if you ate lettuce, you’ve be burning calories.
If you work out, you can count the calories burned and subtract that from food, so you could still eat and have 0 calories. A teaspoon of salsa or mustard also forces the stomach to contract, giving you a full feeling. So, if you can find some non-calorie mustard you could be able to hold back the hunger as well.

Here are some ideas:
1. Make a sugar free lemonade. Use water and lemon juice, add Splenda
2. Hot tea, especially chamomile (which may help to control your appetite) add Splenda
3. Diet drinks such as Diet Seven Up or Sprite

I know what you mean about getting tired of drinking plain water. I drink a gallon of water every day and by mid-day it starts to get hard to swallow. You can try squeezing lemon juice into your water. Not only does the lemon juice give it a little flavor but the lemon also helps you lose weight. There are drink mixes that are similar to Crystal light, but unlike crystal light they contain no calories. I think Crystal light actually has 5 or 10 calories per serving.

take skim milk..you can still drink water but infuse them with a tblsp or 2 of any fresh fruit juice…all types of herbaL teas are good for you too
